Sherlock & Sons Solstice Edition

Updated: Jun 24, 2020

English summers....

Thinking about the English summer a few things pop to my mind... Wimbledon, strawberries, 6 different types of ice-cream in the freezer at any given time and endless visits to garden center. My mother takes great pride with her fruit and veg patch in the garden, she wakes up every morning and talks to her flowers/crops and gives them more attention then she pays to me.

My mother takes great pride with her fruit and veg patch in the garden

she spends most of spring planting seeds that will grow and bloom into beautiful flowers in our garden. Hanging pots of beautiful Patoona's, Lilly’s and roses.

They make perfect garnishes for my cocktails so when she’s not looking that’s what I’ve started doing... pinching a few flowers to make my cocktails looks super pretty. That’s what summer is for me.

This gin took inspiration from the great English summer. This bottle is sleek with and elegant touch to it. The label is a pretty pink label with floral embossing.

This gin works great with Elderflower and grapefruit. I knew I would have lots of fun making cocktails to compliment this gin. Obviously not forgetting my favourite G&T.
